Hi all -

The sign up form is available at the link below. As always, we have a cap of 18 players. 

Monthly Members get first priority, Guests are next, and visitors can play assuming we have enough roster spots.

Monthly Members - please send your $30 monthly fee via Venmo (@soliet) or Paypal (sol...@gmail.com)

FYI - If you are NOT playing, you do not need to fill out the form.

1. Go to the Google Form -  https://forms.gle/Y4bN2SMoWvGaXj1TA

2. Monthly Members - select your name.
3. Guests - select your name

4. Confirm if you are inviting any approved visitors. If you are not inviting anyone, select "No" and Submit the form.

5. If you selected "Yes" on Step 4, select your eligible visitors on the next step. Submit the form. 
6. On game day, I’ll send out the final roster so that everyone knows who is playing.
