IMAGEUNSHARP now officially supports gausian blur. Just use a
negative AMOUNT. -100 is special cased to skip the whole amount
calculation to speed up gausian blur generation.
Keep in mind the executation time climbs drastically as the
radius increases.

IMAGEUNSHARP rewritten to use all floating point intermediate values to
speed things up, and give much more accurate results.


DRAWBOXROUND was not drawing inward for a width greater than 1 pixel,
instead it was drawing a thicker border expanding both inward and outward.
Fixed so that it always draws inward.

Bug in DRAWANTIBOX DRAWANTIRECT DRAWANTIBOXROUND DRAWANTILINE DRAWANTIRECT
and DRAWANTIRECTROUND. They would not scale the lower right hand corner
correctly so the size was always 7/8ths of a pixel too small. Fixed.
