STRRTFTOHTML no longer adds a CRLF in front of <BR> tags.
STRRTFTOHTML now writes tags are lower case.
STRRTFTOHTML now translates '<' '>' and '&' characters to HTML escape
sequences.
New CLIPBOARDGETTEXTHTML and CLIPBOARDPUTTEXTHTML commands, work
just like CLIPBOARDGETTEXTRTF and CLIPBOARDPUTTEXTRTF commands.
