today's meeting update

event - IBM partners night (dinner and award ceremony)
location - Raffles convention center
date/time - 25 feb 08 7pm-10pm
performance - 2 sets of 30mins (time slots to confirm by IBM)

soundcheck time - to be confirm (likely around 5pm)

equipments - afterfive to provide all instruments, monitor speakers
and mikings for instruments and plug into the events company mixer

i have re-quote $2500 including additional mics and monitor speakers

PA systems provided by events company

song selections - free to choose from our songlist but more to light
jazz standards
