Hey Azman, I am interested but very likely (95%) need to fly to Beijing on 30th Jan for work. The time for practice is quite short actually, might be too rushed for everyone.

Until mid of Feb mostly I can only jam on weekdays. If everybody OK, then OK.

Also what's with the gig itself? How many songs? How about equipment?

the event is IBM partners night, where IBM's distributors, resellers
meet yearly. expected 300 people attending

we will be playing 2 sets of 30min slot

instruments by us but PA system by their event company

we can decide later to bring our own (with roadies to carry) and take
more money or we can rent from boon and come like a star but less money

i will quote $2000 for this

i'm ok with mondays to wednesdays night, reserving thursdays and
fridays for other activities but still ok nearing the gig dates

I have my own reservations for jamming on weekdays night. It's no fun
to lug around a 10kg gear to office, really.... not to mention high
chances of people cannot commit to come on time due to last minute
work commitment (meeting drag, operational support issues, etc), need
to have dinner first, etc...

People that do not need to bring anything or only need to bring light
instrument to jam should give way to those with heavier equipment, my
$0.02 ;p

Audi, if you need to work over the weekend, I guess we can slot in
into whatever time you are finish / before the work. If it's for other
reason, I got nothing to say...

Others can barring any weekend office works which up to know there's none.

Anyway, 2 x 30 minutes is 12 songs. Better start listing. Keep in mind how many sessions we can practice.

Personally,  at least for myself,  I'm not comfortable to go to studio without knowing what to do. I haven't reached the stage where I can play anything anytime without prior self practice.

I feel good when I know I'm prepared. And when I feel good, I tend to play better :D

So can we work out on the list first before hitting the studio?
