Hi Azman,
 
As discussed, we would like to confirm the band `After Five' for 2 x 30min set as follows:
 
Event    : IBM Business Partner Dinner 2008 .
Venue  : Stamford Ballroom, Raffles Convention Centre,
Date     : 25 Feb 2008
Fees     : $2500 (includes microphones, amplification equipment and all other equipment pertaining to the band's requirements).
               To connect band's mixer to Circus Maximus mixer.
Terms   : Full payment on the day of event. Pls advise name for cheque.
 
 
Pls find attached programme. Your time slots for performance are 8pm and 9pm. For the 8pm slot, perhaps you can do instrumental set and the 9pm, with singing. 
 
Set-up of equipment : 2pm 
 
Sound check : 3.30pm - 4.30pm
  
Dress code: Jacket/pants
 
I will send you the floorplan once hotel forward to me. Let me know if you have any queries.

I think we better clarify what they mean by "amplification equipment"

Hey Azman, I'm sure the ladies don't have to wear jacket and pants also right? Was planning to wear a black and white dress.
