AfTerFibre updates - Burkina Faso and Uganda

A short update to say that several fibre maps for both Burkina Faso and Uganda have been added recently to https://afterfibre.nsrc.org

I would like to publicly thank Marcel KEBRE, Directeur des Infrastructures, from the Burkina Faso Ministry of ICTs for spontaneously seeking me out to share maps of four different fibre networks in BF.
