Update Burundi, Algeria, Libya

Hi all,

Just a short note to say that I have updated the AfTerFibre map with fibre networks in Burundi, Algeria and Libya.  See http://afterfibre.net

I continue to update the Flickr set of terrestrial fibre maps that I find at
