Finally, thanks to some critical help from Rufus Pollock and in particular Greg Mahlknecht, we have a coherent plan for managing input and updating the AfTerFibre map.

Yeah, I know.  But it is a f**k of a lot of fibre and metadata that all needs maintaining.  If this is going to be worth anything, the process will actually matter.  Stand by for things to look a lot cooler.
