Github, geojson, and afterfibre

Hi all,

You may have seen that Github now dynamically renders geojson files into maps within the repository.  This seemed like too good a thing to miss for AfTerFibre.  So each kml file in the repository now has a companion geojson version that you can view dynamically.  Have a look at 

https://github.com/stevesong/afterfibre-kml/blob/master/Madagascar/Telma/Telma_Madagascar.geojson

as an example.  This could open possibilities for people who want to create custom local/regional maps or to use other tools for generating their own maps as the geojson format is increasingly the standard for open map tools.
