Thursday - "The Broken Promise"

We are scheduled to play my Gencon one-shot this Thursday.  I wanted to take a headcount in case I need to invite other people.  Also, we will be playing at my place because Kristine may give birth at any time (and should she do so in the next three days, Kurt is excused).

Date: Thursday, May 19th
Time: 7:00
Location: 13100 Overton Pass (directions below)
Game:  Savage Worlds
Genre:  Scifi/Horror
Description: The crew of the salvage ship, the Coral Sea, is given a chance to buy information about a derelict deep in space.  The information is suspect, and likely obtained illegally, but that shouldn't be a problem.

So far, baring emergencies, I believe the headcount is as follows: Kurt, Alex, Jake, Brent, Bryon, and Nick.

PS - Directions to 13100 Overton Pass from Parmer Lane

- From Parmer, turn onto Tomayo.  Tomayo is between Anderson Mill and McNeil, across from the Freescale campus (From Anderson Mill, you can also get to Tomayo via Amasia or Osborne).

- At Elkhorn Mountain Trail (stop sign), turn left

- The house is the second on the left, on the corner of Elkhorn and Overton, directly across from the park parking lot.   It is a square, two-story house in beige brick.

I'm definitely in.  Since I played before, I will try to remain passive.  I believe I played the engineer before.  In light of both, I would request being given a character I have not played who will not be a command personality (i.e., Scruffy the Janitor or a loader/operator).

All my sessions are 8AM.  Part of the reason they asked me if I wanted to GM was because they needed someone willing to run early games, I have a reputation among my Chicago friends as an early riser.  If you are signed up, you should drop it, play for free on Thursday, and sign up for something else (or sleep in).
