Goal:  Not get killed.

Secondary Goal:  Take down the Dark One by obtaining the remaining cube pieces (air, fire, water, positive energy).

 

We know addresses to Atlantis (on the Negative Plane) and the place where the first Chosen Ones never returned from.  Neither sounds very good to Thoth, who is cautious.  But as the player, either could be exciting.  Hopefully Kurt took some time during the last two weeks to develop something so he's not flying by the seat of his pants tonight.

Kurt flying by the seat of his pants is still tons better than most of the DMs I've had who planned their sessions, so I'm not worried about that. I just wanted to make sure I'm setting my expectations toward the right goals. ('Cause if it were up to me, I'd flounder for the first half of the session looking for some clue fairy musk oil or something like that...)

I have Atlantis prepped, as well as a scouting mission outside the clanhold, if any are so inclined.  One of the council members gruffly comments, "I don't know what you're expecting to gain from questioning a zombie or a Shepherd..."

Some of the other folks at the clanhold seem downright eager to see y'all again, too

Just an FYI, my car started overheating on the way home, so I am waiting for a tow truck. If I can get home at a reasonable time, I'll try to make the game, although I will be late. :(

If I can't get this car taken care of quickly enough, I'll have to bow out tonight.

This sucks, as I was really looking forward to beating the crap out of whatever stood in our way with my new Strength and Fighting dice.
