Good Morning, Everyone:

As we get closer and closer to "Operation: B-Day", there's always the chance that the game may need to be called for any of a number of reasons. Hence, it's time for the ever-popular topic of the week: are we gaming tonight? ;)

I propose that if Kurt becomes unable to run a game for an extended period that we gang up on our resident PUBLISHED Traveller paragon and get him to run some one shots, some of his published adventures, or even a short campaign.  I'm okay with having rotating GMs and one shots in different systems for a few months, too.  I can run some old school D&D or an adventure or two in my own d20 SciFi system which Kurt and Flynn may have played once years ago.

I all for rotating GMs.  And can even offer my house for a location.

Sadly, I've already lined up a commitment for my Thursday nights this summer, once I found out that this would be wrapping up by the first week of May. If that changes, then I'd be more than happy to run some Traveller for you folks. :)

See Y'all Tonight,
Flynn

Wrinkle: There is an HOA meeting tonight at 6:45, and I'm an officer.  Like most meetings, it will almost certainly fail to meet quorum, and turn into a half-dozen people gossiping.  I'll bail at that point.

Sorry for the late notice; I had it marked on my calendar for next week.  I've already advised the other officers of my plans, and should be back before 7:30.  In other words, let's make it a 7:30 meet time, and start gaming ASAP.  I'll eat before I go.

In the rare event that we actually reach quorum, all bets are off; I will text y'all to let you know if that is the case.

FYI: The last time we reached quorum, I went door to door in the neighborhood, told everyone about it, and collected a dozen or so proxies.  That was three years ago, I believe.

The corpse isn't even cold yet and you've already lined up the next big thing.  Ouch.  I feel the love.

Flynn?  You run Traveller?  You assumed I was talking about YOU??  Yeah, I was.  Wish you could at least stay with the group for our rotational GMing.

I hear ya, but the arrangements were made two weeks ago, before the idea of rotating GMs was mentioned to me at all. Next time, I will know to wait. :)

More Later,

Flynn
