-I'd have to go with Ninite.com as being the most useful when it comes to installing appropriate programs on a new machine.

-With that said, using a combo of Pcdecrapifier, Revo and plain old uninstall usually assists.

-Windirstat! I have loved this GUI view of the drives contents since day one

-Hiren's Boot Disc

-GParted

-Acronis

-KeePass!!!   <-- Truly IMO the only truly secure PW manager..

-Malwarebytes..nothing better than showing a customer hundreds of threats detected!
