Google Calender Question

Hi Techs,
I do work on Field Nation and OnForce and they have a calendar address (iCal) that you can use to sync that website's calendar to your google calendar, or outlook. The issue I have is when I added the iCal URL of both calender's into google calendar, it imports them as separate events, not my AHCR events. So for a few months I thought what I was doing was actually working (having my jobs sync with TechST so they would know when I am working to save time manually entering them in) but it did not. Anyone else do Platform work in addition to AHCR job's?
Also it seems google calendar refreshes very slow of the imported calender's (i said calendar 50+ times I know). Is there a mobile app I can use to add by URL so I don't have to use outlook or google calendar and then sync that with my phone. It sometimes takes 5 hours for an event to pop up on my phone.
