Dear All,

Please join the Alternative Information and Development Centre for the first instalment of our After Hours webinar series, where we will discuss our joint submission to the Treasury on the draft legislation implementing OECD Global Minimum Tax (produced alongside the Institute for Economic Justice). We will be looking at this in the context of the UN Tax Convention’s work. It will be a less technical and more introductory overview, so please do feel free to join if you are somewhat new to these issues. The event will take place on Zoom on Tuesday at 18:00 SAST.

📌 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: Is SA's global tax on multinational companies the answer to corporate tax evasion? Join the AIDC on Tuesday as we explore this topic in the context of the UN's move towards a Framework Convention on International Tax.
