The above is the signature sentence of a stark illiterate; not just because the sentence is incorrect, but also because it is extremely thoughtless. Not even a presiding judge knows that a defendant before him/her is going to prison without a proper trial having taken place, yet this filthily fat toad of Orlando shames himself with such a categorical idiocy.

Criminal trials take place based on extant laws, Kanu contends that he is being prosecuted based on a violation of section 172 of the Terrorism Prevention Law of 2022 and section 45 of the same law, which the Supreme Court has declared null and void. Is this a factual claim or not? If his claim is factual, how would any court of justice preside over a trial anchored on no law, not to talk of asking him to present a defense?

The court is trying to use Kanu's putting up a defense to legitimize its invalid trial of him and to impose an unjust judgment that had long been determined outside of the court room. If that was what you meant in the excerpt I made of you, then you shamelessly plagiarized my thought -- I stated so in my response to you yesterday.
