Justice James Omotosho: The Lying Judge Who Just Declared War On Justice In Nigeria

Donald J. Trump Ted Cruz Senator Ted Cruz

“When justice becomes a weapon, resistance becomes a duty; and Family Writers Press International will never be silent!”

Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court Abuja has shamelessly issued an unlawful ultimatum to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,  demanding that he begins his defense within two days or risk being jailed after November 7th. What a disgrace! What a judicial embarrassment!

Let the world hear it loud and clear, Justice Omotosho is lying through his black robe! There is no law in Nigeria, or anywhere in the world, that empowers a judge to jail a man who has not been convicted of any crime. Before anyone is jailed, there must first be a conviction based on proven guilt.

So, we ask again, and we will keep asking: What crime did Nnamdi Kanu commit? Can this so-called Justice Omotosho point to a single section of the law that the IPOB leader has violated? He cannot, because there is none!

Instead of upholding justice, Omotosho has turned his courtroom into a political theatre, dancing to the drumbeat of a corrupt system that fears the truth Nnamdi Kanu represents. He has abandoned the sacred duty of a judge and picked up the filthy garment of a government errand boy.

This nonsense must stop! If by the expiration of his shameless ultimatum he fails to show the law under which he’s threatening Nnamdi Kanu, then Omotosho himself stands guilty before the law and before humanity. He deserves to be the one behind bars  for abusing the bench, violating his oath, and disgracing the judiciary.

The world must take note: this is not justice,  this is judicial terrorism, weaponized to silence truth. And when judges become tools of oppression, the pen of truth must rise against them.

To the International Community:

The world cannot continue to fold its arms while Nigeria’s judiciary is turned into a slaughterhouse of justice. The illegal persecution of Nnamdi Kanu must not go unchecked. We call on the United Nations, the International Criminal Court, and every voice of freedom across the globe to take notice, that a man is being threatened with imprisonment not for a crime, but for demanding justice, liberty, and truth.

We don’t just write, we expose. We don’t fear,  we fight. We are;
