It's not possible to use another person's voter’s card to vote with BVAS, you gullible Pastor of London with kegs of Kaikai aka Ogogoro. I was the one that recommended both BVAS and IREV technologies to Attairu Jega of INEC years ago and did the initial designs of them on my computers, before INEC engineers modified them for use at INEC. For your ignorance, BVAS technology is used to identify each voter using biometric technology that involves fingerprints print and facial recognition for authentication, before a voter is allowed to vote. You can't by pass the BVAS to vote, because your name, picture, address, phone number and voter’s registration number will be displayed on the screen during authentication, before you are allowed to vote and it's only after authentication that you can vote. Your vote is directly linked to your BVAS information, you most gullible Pastor called Emeka Okala and you can't vote twice, because the system would reject you once your vote is captured. I've now added another layer of authentication to my initial design called voice recognition for additional authentication which I plan to send to the current INEC chairman for adoption and integration to the BVAS software, because I discovered the system is unable to capture and authenticate some very old people's faces and fingerprints as recently reported. As such, the system is due for upgrades which I will send  to the Chairman of INEC and hope it will be adopted before January next year.

Further, all party representatives are present at each polling booth for verifications and observations of voting. Too much Ogogoro makes you go to YouTube to to grab fake videos. Any fool can make such videos to defame and embarrass INEC. This is the election season, you gullible Pastor. Atiku and others hired fools like the one in the video to do his bidding for him and defame INEC.

Put that bottle of Ogogoro down now.
