One built breweries, the other banned alcohol and they want to run the country together.
If they can’t agree on what should be in a glass, how will they agree on National issues?

I have the ability to show that I have no respect for things like you.

Now I ask, you fool.

What was Nigeria’s inflation rate in 2014/2015?

Very Stupid Thing.

GK,

You're a very stupid man.

You made me go out of my way to provide you these authentic information.

Is it NOI or Edun the issue here?

Nigeria’s annual inflation rate rose slightly to 15.38% in March 2026 from 15.06% in February, ending an 11-month disinflation trend. Food inflation, the largest component of the inflation basket, accelerated for a second month to 14.31% from 12.12%, while transport prices rose even more sharply, up 16.9% from 14.7% in February. The Middle East crisis has triggered a sharp increase in domestic fuel costs. Prices also increased significantly for miscellaneous goods & services (24.5% vs 21.2%), but slowed for some categories, notably housing & utilities (10.2% sv 18.8%), alcoholic beverages & tobacco (4.5% vs 9.4%) and clothing & footwear (8.5% vs 16.1%). The core inflation rate, which strips out the volatile prices of agricultural produce and energy, quickened to 16.21% in March from 15.88% in February. On a monthly basis, prices climbed by 4.2%, marking the steepest increase since January 2025, largely driven by transportation costs (4% vs -0.3%).

And stupid GK, I did not even bother to provide inflation trend over 10years or try to compare with a similar country.

I cannot control who choose to like or hate, but don't come lying to us on these fora while quoting your alternative facts. You're a very unintelligent hater and propagandist.

Who asked that anybody be brought back? Are you okay?

Can you compare that your Wale Edun with NOI?

I am beginning to notice the stupidity you brazenly confront me with and it is repulsive. And revulsive.

What was Nigeria's inflation rate in 2014 and 2015? Are your brains that empty that you do not know and cannot interrogate the data on your own?

You people are a dangerous set of people.

GK,

So summarily, we should call back Jonathan and Okonjo-Iweala?

What is wrong with you and your like?

You pluck figures and flaunt it without context.

What was the global average of GDP growth, Inflation rate etc at the time you're comparing and now?

Is Nigeria economy isolated from the world around it? BTW, Nigerian inflation rate has never been single digit for decades, and definitely not during Jonathan's era.

Performance is compared with countries with similar attributes and cannot be isolated. If the world economy is on a downturn, all countries will experience such. Statistically, what you will compare is the variance with the average of similar countries.

You guys just use statistics as a standalone yardstick without a yardstick. It ain't like that at all!

That idiot is always ranting to himself and with each passing moment, continues to expose the depth of his dementia driven degeneracy.

Left to people like him, Tinubu will lose the 2027 election.

In 2014/2015, Nigeria's GDP growth was averaging 6% yearly. Today we are literally begging the IMF and the World Bank to give us a 4% performance window.

Jonathan did not fight, kill or maim anyone to acquire power.

He left power just the same way power came to him. He appointed complete strangers to run INEC and execute free and fair elections.

Jonathan left office with a single digit inflation at 8%. Today, we are struggling at 15%.

The World Bank says Nigeria's poverty level is at 63%. There was a time Amaechi quarreled with Okonjo Iweala over 30% poverty numbers.

The state of insecurity is something that I will rather keep quiet about. It is baffling.

Who would have expected that Kebbi State, Niger State, Katsina state and a few others would be consumed by Boko Haram?

Fact is, Nigeria needs this democratic experience so that Nigerians will be wiser.

The El Rufai who spinned tales with varying degrees of sophistry during the Jonathan days is today locked up in Kuje Prison.

The Nation is currently in a season of great unraveling.

It is impossible to eat your cake and still have it.

Comment:
Kayode Adebayo,
By my assessment, Goodluck Jonathan has NEVER been and WILL NOT be a good material for PRESIDENT in a country like Nigeria. I have never been his fan and will not be. But to say that "he is the cause of the gargantuan insecurity Nigeria is facing today" is a huge lie from the pit of hell. It's a blatant lie in broad daylight aimed at making someone a cannon-fodder so their principal could be absolved from a legitimate blame that is due him. That's an evil gimmick and it will not stand!

In his twilight days as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I still recollect watching Goodluck Jonathan in military fatigue at the war front somewhere in Bornu State, literally encouraging the combatant soldiers with a chant, "Never Again! NEVER AGAIN!!" He lifted the morale and the spirits of the fighting soldiers, even at the risk of his own life. Such a leader cannot be easily dismissed as one who caused "the gargantuan insecurity in Nigeria today".

I can rightly say that had Buhari not won the subsequent election and the baton of leadership inevitably changed hand, the current insecurity problem in Nigeria would have either been a thing of the past or in the worst case scenario reduced to the barest minimum with Goodluck Jonathan at the helm,

No sooner had Muhammadu Buhari taken over power than he torpedoed the Jonathan's concrete plan in this area. He brazenly sabotaged what he found on ground by granting ridiculously senseless amnesty to the convicted bandits and insurgents serving their just punishment in prison, and, deployed them into the country's regular forces in their hundreds as repentant-criminals. Who does that? The so-called repentant-criminals turned around in the battle fronts and sabotaged with reckless abandon, the strategies of the soldiers, nay the military and, we lost and are still losing our combatant officers like chickens.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made it very clear in no ambiguous terms that he is Buhari and that going against Buhari's policies means going against himself. So, he continues religiously and without qualm with the rots that Buhari has heartless left behind.

You can't deny knowing this trajectory in the current history of insurgency in Nigeria, yet you heartlessly blame Goodluck Jonathan for the crimes of Buhari and Tinubu. What a travesty of judgement!! Lord have mercy.

Your dumb home boy called Jonathan Badluck is the cause of the gargantuan insecurity Nigeria is facing today. I tried to help him and his National Security Adviser called Azazi during his administration, but he was too much into himself. Instead of implementing my strategies, he was drinking Kaikai at Aso Rock. I warned him and Azazi severally that time was of essence. That if he failed to implement them, Nigeria would be dealing with gargantuan insecurity for a very long time, way pass his administration. Instead of implementing them, he lied to Nigerians he was on top of the situation, while having parties at Aso Rock every weekend. And there you have everything I said would happen happening uncontrollably till today.

Unfortunately, you don't know that.

Jonathan Badluck is a shame and an utter disgrace to Nigeria.

This is heartbreaking and urgent.EmojiEmojiEmoji

A student from University of Jos, JOHN ARUM has been kidnapped while traveling to Kaduna. A disturbing video was recorded with his own phone and sent to his school WhatsApp group chat. Since then, there has been no clear contact with his family, and we don’t even know if they are aware yet.

The kidnappers are demanding ₦30 million.

Worse still, from what we saw in the video, he is going through serious torture and abuse. This is inhumane. No one deserves to be treated like this.

Reports indicate he was kidnapped by Fulani criminals. This is why the government must act decisively to get rid of criminal networks terrorizing innocent Nigerians, regardless of who they are.

This is not just a story this is someone we know. Someone we attend classes with. Someone whose life is now in danger.

We are calling on everyone to help share this information across platforms so it can reach his family and the appropriate authorities quickly. Time is critical.

Please don’t ignore this.
Share it.
Raise awareness.

Let’s do everything we can to help bring John back safely.
