You never take to correction. The alignment will not re-occur again until 2240 and not 2040 as you quoted!

Actually, there are three planets that won't be on the alignment. Only six planets will be aligned. Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.

Earth, Mars and Pluto will not be such aligned.
