the Camerounese state the privileged dare not risk it to defend their
country. Customs officials, tax collectors, army, police, navy, bref the
entire administration, do campaign for and RIG elections for the Capo
di tutti capi or capo dei capi, often referred to as the Godfather in
English, is Italian for "boss of all bosses" or "boss of the bosses" ie
the Senior Mafia Don.
