Hi Dr. Charles,
A good morning to you brother.
We had an executive meeting yesterday 22nd May, as i had informed you earlier. We agreed to have the Mama Africa event any day after our graduation ceremony. This is because most of ASA officials are now working on the graduation event and it will not be possible to host Mama Africa in between.
We also discussed on upgrading our ASA-TS website by publishing articles from different countries in it, creating some adverts and creating all information on it that will make it more colorful.
Please inform us once you are back so that we can have a meeting with you and discuss about Mama Africa and website up gradation.

Thank you & have a good day.
Jackson.

Hi Dr. Charles,
We are doing well & we are glad to see your concern about our welfare and unity as African students in this foreign country.
Today, we shall be having an executive meeting to discuss about the progress of our association. We shall also discuss something about Mama Africa, and I/we will update you about the outcome of our meeting afterwards.
We look forward to meeting you once you are back for the catch up meeting as per your request.

Regards.
Jackson.

Hi All,

I hope that you are all doing well. Please share the updates of the conversations that you had within ASA-TS leadership to sort out a number of internal issues. I trust that you reached an agreement.

I also write to inform you that I am currently in Delhi where I just had a meeting with Roy Singham, the chairman of ThoughtWorks. While sharing the updates regarding ThoughtWorks engagement with ASA-TS, we talked about the "Mama Africa" gathering. Roy asked me to give some details regarding the date and all related preparations in terms of the logistics.

I would like to request a meeting to catch up on a number of things including the above.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

In solidarity,
