Hi FSAH executives,

I am Dunstan Joseph Pharles from Tanzania, I would like to just high-light a little background information about FSAH. It was founded by Banyenzakyi from Uganda a first year student of Omani University from Nizam College, along the other founders included Kash Kisesa from Tanzania, Naomi Jackson and Rajneetha Singh both from Fiji Islands, Ahammed from Somalia  and I as one of the early co-founders of the association in 2006.

With that small background introduction I would like to commend the good works of your hands into putting the association at a flag raise. Keep on with the spirit and this is good because when students and pioneers of the association come to know about the good work and efforts put into the association, they will be motivated. They will be moved to push in funds to support some of those activities that association holds.

Coming back to the point, I would like to share some of the shorts that were taken in the International cultural Day during our time in Hyderabad, as good history of the Association. If this is okay please let me know soon. And i also recommend the association keeps back-up of all the activities in the cloud for a good record keeping.

If there is anything otherwise please advise.

Kind regards

Dunstan Pharles

Hi Dunstan,
I hope you are fine.
Im still around and General Adviser still.
I have been assisting them as I can. I am glad and thank you for that day you took me to FSA-H. ..good memories

We are trying our best here to keep it alive.
Since we guys left in 2012,it has really affect  Association.
And I did all I could to revive it in 2013 when I came back and Zain  from Kenya took the lead after Ivan From Mozambique that we appointed and elected after Koshan (our time).

Not forgetting that Koshan took the Lead after you Dustan and you were still there with us as adviser.

When Zain from Kenya  left no election were done and Taiba the VP took the lead as Acting President that time again I was not around I was back home for a year but still follow up all activities.
When I came back i found it silent and I contacted her and she said she resigned but current leaders were not active I shall call for a meeting and take it up she got no more time . I did and acted as President to revive it in 2014 with her team.

And I follow it up but this FSA-H where I step in by you has no longer been the one till we guys left (Koshan time as we always refer to till now).

We are trying hard to follow your steps..but unfortunately poor leadership skills and non collaboration and team work has somehow destroyed the image the association. People  have lost faith in us somehow, because they being mislead by anti- FSA organisations that keep blackmailing us...pure and only truth.

And I have face them and revive it from crash since I came back in 2014 again as said early and Nasir from Afghanistan took the lead and now its going somehow fine but not like before.
After him now we have Magezi from Uganda the current FSA-H President.

But I promise you we will do our best and please inbox me also with all visions you got from home for FSA-H. I feel happy you mailing as usual ,others are too quiet. And I feel at time not to be listen by leaders as senior since Taiba time till now I have been facing this problem as General Adviser...and feed up.

And I m sure if you people keep giving also in written form what FSA-H was and did it will really help and give more insight to leaders to keep the flame up. That is where we all failed..keeping a good record of the activities and actions taken, website and blog we said we shall do since your time ,till now it has not been done.

Are you coming again this year ? I will introduce you the new team.

Take care brother,

Keep in touch and warm regards,

Soro Pascaline
General Adviser
FSA-H
