Incorporation in Botswana

Guys,

Here is the detail on Botswana registration (2-step process to get the 15% corp tax rate) from an agency:

Incorporation of a company it takes 3-4 weeks. Three potential company names for submission to the Registrar of Companies. This cost for the incorporation is BWP6,832.80 = USD764.

 

The IFSC registration takes a bit of time and it is on average 6 months. This is where the company will be in the 15% tax rate. The cost for that is around BWP40,000.00 (USD4,470) but subject to confirmation.

The 6 months is for special registration to qualify for the 15% corporate tax rate. It is only 3-4 weeks to get registration done. Not to say this is the right place.
