Dear Omar, this is a great profile and insight to your strategic product development capabilities. Your ability to grow the product is quite admirable. Great job. Not to talk about the handsome picture.

Also FYI: I was just appointed to the OECD's global 7-member scaling up innovation Advisory Board and Juror. They are starting a new initiative to incentivize scalable innovation globally and not just innovation ideas.

Thanks Guys, I truly don't know how It happened except receiving the invitation to justify why I should consider their invitation. I believe this could benefit our initiative as the focus is on scalable innovation, we can sherry pick Africa related scalable innovation into the asset portfolio in future.

But my great admiration for what Omar has done for CS fixed income product, we need this type of creativity and innovation in product development to engage the world in the undervalued and dormant Africa economy.
