Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your support in the world. I am writing for your kind support and technical assistance to reach our goals for girl-children in the rural Sierra Leone in need.
Campaign against Early child marriage, teenage pregnancy and FGM is over the Global Giving site. This project will train and support 600 girls, aged 15-25 years to established new businesses, registered and operated as new global entrepreneurs. The 12 months activity will include construction of simple clay bricks center for training, with expert lecturers, campaigns, internships, workshops, inter-zones competition, graduates networking, exporting, welfare forum, certification and graduation. Ending child marriage through education and trainings to start new businesses for self reliance, will delay first birth, reduce maternal deaths and allow girls a better chance in life.
ChildHelp is requesting support financially or in-kindly from individuals, friends, NGOs, missions, etc, to accomplish these goals. The training center needs training tools, new/used machines, furniture and affordable solar light to be used in the training center and also for students to use at home. Solar lights enable Center to be operational and students/villagers to read, study and work, eliminating kerosene lanterns, improving health while reducing CO2 emissions.
The use of new/used advance tools and machines would enable the girl-children to have training in new skills with new technology to compete in the world market of new global entrepreneurs. This will build up their growth with productive skills and techniques for greater employment or job opportunities.
Support our campaign on Global Giving UK Challenge. The campaign will end on July 13th, 2015. In the campaign we are raising £8,155. Our full proposal attached need USD $ 48,548.64 to reach 600 female youths. With USD 11,417 equivalent to £8,155. We will be able to train 200 female youths. You are receiving this email request, because you would be able to help and create an impact. Friends, Individuals and organisations wishing to provide in-kind assistance, by donating tools, equipment, furniture, solar panels for training and for studies at home, student bus, volunteers to teach and train students are welcome to help. This project will start immediately after the campaign is over.
Reports of how funds and or in-kind assistance (relief) are used will be made known through the Global Giving UK and also mailed to you/your office for every three months with photos.
