Dear Friends,

We've received lots of interest from people wishing to move to regional Victoria for work.

Benefits include paid relocation with job placement and being featured in an SBS documentary. Applicant must currently reside within the Melbourne area.

We intended to coordinate the process to create a forum where successful applicants can share their stories, and we (the African community) follow their life journeys. However, due to time constraints, we cannot do so now. Accordingly, we are inviting anyone interested to contact the producers directly - Scott Ellis

Also, see Scott's email below and attached flyers with information about the opportunity. Please keep us updated if you are successful or if anyone you know succeeds.

Accept our best wishes.

Warm regards,

John

Hi again John,

Great to speak with you earlier, please find attached an example of the callout we have been putting on the SBS social media pages looking for potential participants for an upcoming project looking at people moving to a regional Victorian town.

We were primarily looking for those already living in Melbourne or close by and as I said an allowance would cover relocation expenses and we would be looking to connect anyone taking part with employers offering work in the applicant's field and also we connect them with housing suppliers (agents etc) who are compiling information on houses, apartments etc available in the area.

If you can think of anyone who may be interested, please feel free to pass on this information or this email address and I;m happy to speak with them and explain more.

Kind regards,

Scott Ellis
