David:  recently I received an email from a man who is living in Kenya, and he sent me this photo of a frog from Nairobi.  It looks like a juvenile Ptychadena to me, but I'm really not sure about a specific ID.  Would it be possible for you to send this around on your listserve to see if someone can ID it with certainty?

David, it is not Ptychadena.  It is what I would have called Rana cf angolensis back in the day. Are we sure of the locality?
