IUCN SADC Wildlife Survey Group?

Hi all - 

A recent ad in the Zambian press for surveys of the hunting blocks requests that the contractors be "affiliated with the IUCN SADC Wildlife Survey Group". 

Has anyone heard of this group? I can find no reference to it anywhere!
