Dear Excellencies, Majesties, and the Honorable:

90 % of all data ever produced by humans were created in the last five years. This is especially vital information in itself because it indicates that the opportunity cost for any society willing to be a prosperous must and not participate in the information appreciation, valuation and exchange – is inconceivable. We do not share information to create impression even when we do our best to make the information easy to digest. We do not share information to feel good. We do not also share information to teach or to help; that would be arrogant and presumptuous. We do not share because we need to connect for want of Social Bonding. No. We share to consult between ourselves inclusively, with respect as a profound obligation to fulfill our need for consensus and collective desires in the peace process. Peace will always in a process, and it is within the context of that intention that we share the information we have created, amassed, and curated for the following reasons:
1. To help us grow (growth means continuous development)
2. To help us stay motivated
3. Provide access to top relevant talent access (help us get constructive feedback and help with our projects from those more skilled or with a distinct set of competencies)
4. To get Recognition for our efforts (importance of recognition of our work is one of the most potent motivators and will highly contribute to building the necessary reputation.) And that is a valuable asset!
5. Generating innovative ideas (They say two heads think better than one. When different skills and experiences collide, eye-opening ideas and solutions emerge)
6. Future leaders’ discovery (We provide the opportunity for some of the leaders of tomorrow to connect with us.
7. Limiting the skill gap (breaking the chains o prejudice and connecting the silos of culture, traditions, race, politics, & social status)
8. Strengthening the solidarity on the cause by sharing ideas and resources with each other, the feeling and the pursuit of the common goal becomes authentic.
9. To convey clarity of purpose and sense of direction in our undertakings. Also, to communicate how we make a difference, and they can see how their work fits in the bigger mission in the context of our collective interest.
10. To reflect operational efficiency and increases the productivity of our team.
At the end of it is all about building trust and building consensus for mutual support and cooperating to construct desirable and necessary opportunities for the peace process and prosperity development.

I wanted personally to let you know how gratifying it was to receive your kind note of support and encouragement. Coming as it did from an entity that is all too familiar with just how taxing a campaign on African Issues can be, it meant all the more to us. I have taken the liberty of sharing your kind words with the other members of our committee--the real movers and shakers in this enormous effort. Your words were visibly heartening to them. They, as much as I, sincerely appreciate your endorsement and promise of future collaboration.
I am sure that you at Self-Help understands that, to make a difference, we need each other’s continued support. I will be glad to discuss our programs and activities as well as yours directly to identify where our strength complements. Again, please accept my sincere thanks. Thank you for sharing your excellent report for 2018. It was read with significant interest. We noted that an active effort was made to recognise and link Mainland Afrika with her Diaspora in the Americas. The name of your organisation is “African Views”. We interpreted “African” loosely and hope that a place will be found on the African Views Governing Board for representatives from Afrika’s Historical Diaspora in the Caribbean. This may be the case already, which we probably missed.
We got the impression from your Report that “Africa” was not only found on the Continent of Africa, but also where offspring of indigenous Afrikans are abode – Global Afrika.
Your report shines light on another important and dynamic dimension of OUR Afrikan Journey, moving to a dominant global reawakening. Collective Sovereignty. We noted a propensity in this regard, based on contributions Afrikans made to SELF-HELP NEWS – “Giving Voice to the Voiceless”, from various parts of the world, as if a huge Afrikan Cosmic Heart is beating exponentially in rhythmic synergy for good.
Congratulations for your achievements. Hope your organisation will get the funds required to further its important work. We look forward to reading your 2019 end of year report. We are now taking time to reflect in which way Our Collective might invite African Views to work with us some time later in the year.
Partnership in delivering services to members of the community is core to our work. Part of Our Collective, which is made up of various disciplines, focuses on making contact with, and provide sustainable services to, those members of our community who may be harder to reach and are normally left out from gaining tools and opportunities to realise their aspirations. This include wealth creation and well-being. These citizens, whatever their geographical locations, are like barometers, which measure the quality of every professed civilised society, irrespective of race.
