Subject: Citrus and Winter Fruits Expo. 2011

My Dear,
The 17th National Citrus, winter fruits, flower, honey and vegetable
Expo 2011 is being organized by the Horticultural Foundation of
Pakistan from 22nd to 23rd January, 2011 at the Premises of Lok Virsa,
Islamabad. The show would be center of attraction by policy makers
expatriate community, exporters, prospective importers, research and
extension workers, fruit growers and representatives of fruit
processing industries.

The event is being organized to asses improvement in horticultural
production and processing in the country and to boost export of
horticultural commodities.

You are cordially invited to kindly arrange the display of produce of
your orchards/ products of the firm and research material of your
institution in the show arena. Some details of the varieties and
products to be exhibited are enclosed for your kind information.

Kindly confirm the participation in the exhibition, at the earliest
convenience by filling and returning the proforma being sent herewith.
Your cooperation in making the show a success, is solicited. Trust to
hear from you at your earliest convenience.

2. The exhibitors would arrange containers, trays display of exhibits,
the display of exhibits in the show arena to be completed by 1:30 pm
on 21st January, 2011
3. The decision of judging parties would be binding
4. Specimen should be properly cleaned and artistically arranged
5. Minimum number or quantity of specimen for exhibits prescribed,
must be maintained throughout the show Small quantity would be
consumed in the judging of exhibits.
6. The Exhibits adjudged prize wining on quality and display bases
would be awarded shields, cups, certificates etc.

It is regretted that due to prevailing law and order situation in the
country it has been considered prudent not to go ahead with the
holding of national citrus fruit expo and conference scheduled on 22nd
and 23rd January, 2011.

Any inconvenience this might caused is highly regretted.
