My Dear,
Keeping in view the consensus reached in the executive council’s
meeting held on 10th November, 2010, it has been considered prudent to
hold the “Annual Dinner” and “Eid Millan Party” of the Agricultural
Foundation of Pakistan and Horticultural Foundation of Pakistan at the
Banquet Hall of Islamabad Club. Holding the event elsewhere would have
been much more expensive. It would “Inshah Allah” take place at 7-00
pm on 4th December, 2010 (Saturday).

All the members of the foundation and some eminent guests are being
cordially invited to join and share their pleasure with colleagues and
friends. You are requested to kindly make it convenient to participate
and make the occasion memorable one. Hopefully, beside dinner there
would be some side attractions (cultural events, Mushaira etc).

After good deal of discussion the following contributions were
considered feasible and bare minimum to meet expenses

Members Rs. 500/= Per person

Wish you would grace the occasion. You are requested to fill the
appended Performa before 25th November, 2010 or confirm your

Your positive and early response would be very helpful to arrange the
event in most befitting manner.
