Good evening mam and sir, i wish to share this concept to all my
friend who r member of our group, which is substancally effect us.
Thoughts effact our mind and body as well. Thought r foundation
of our destiny, but we do not know how to manage our thought. To
manage thought we have to recognise which type of thought occuring in
our mind mostly. There r seven types of thought- toxic thought ,
negative thought , waste thought , necessary thought , right thought ,
positive thought and elevative thought . We have to recognise the
category of our thought because, until we will not recognise our
thought category we can not manage it . For example we have pain in
any part of our body and we want to get rid of it, we have to find out
that part than cause behind it and finally we can cure it . We
usually listen this phrase - be positive . But how, no body know. Just
find out your thought honestly. If ur mind producing negative thought
, give treatment of meditation to ur mind. Once ur mind started
producing positive thought , it will change ur whole perspective
