Please note that this Kobo desktop build is not officially supported and outdated compared to the ones released for Windows and Mac OS X. It worked fine with my Kobo mini but your experience may vary.

I am trying to use kobo-desktop , from AUR ( for upgrade the Kobo Aura HD ) : it is installed , but I don't find the way to launch it , on dmenu did not appear too .... sorry for the noobish .

The dmenu search was " Kobo " , and not " kobo " .... the application starts , but don't recognize the device ( from Dolphin I can add files to the device , so it must to be mounted ) . Maybe have I add the device on fstab , or some others mount parameters ?
I was just wondering to make the app work fine .... ( for my problem about the update I can consider it solved ) .

I need to know where the Kobo eBooks desktop app is installed so that I can associate the app with the epub format. But I can't figure it out. Typically, I just right-click on a short-cut in Windows 10 from the start menu and choose Open File location, but that isn't shown as an option for some reason.

I have a Kobo Touch with the latest updated software. When sending books to the device with Calibri (version 2.73), they show up on the device with a size of 0.0. If I use windows explorer to view the contents of the Kobo, it shows up. However if I use 'Kobo Utilities' to 'Refresh the list of books on the device', then it's cleared from the list of books on the device.
