'BUTTERFLY (DELUXE)' is the deluxe version of Billie Eilish's 3rd album. The standard version of the album can be found here. BUTTERFLY (DELUXE)ArtistBillie EilishReleased8th September 2023Recorded2021-2023Length01:13:26ProducerFinneas O'Connell

The album idea was thought up while Billie was in the garden of the Los Angeles home. Her and FINNEAS had been writing songs for an album before this but had been lacking a title for some time: this is when the idea came for 'BUTTERFLY'. The title suggests that when caterpillars become a butterfly, they grow as a person, which is what Billie believes she has done over the past few years, inspiring the album.

After the release of 'Happier Than Ever', Fans believed that Eilish had taken a hiatus due to the length of time between the album release and the release of her next single. 'Guitar Songs' was eventually released, becoming the building blocks for the full album. On March 3rd, Billie released the second single for the album 'Amusement Park', which reached #2 on the US charts, and #6 on the UK charts within the first week.

The Polygonia c-album butterfly is considered a model species for the study of evolutionary interactions between insects and their host plants. However, it is conspicuously absent in genomic and genetics literature. We provide a chromosome-level genome for this species in order to facilitate the integration of functional and population genomic research with ecology, physiology, and evolutionary findings. Assessment of our annotated genes suggests a high-quality de novo assembly. Chromosome level assembly accuracy was validated via alignment with the genome of another nymphalid species, Melitaea cinxia.

Research specifically using P. c-album itself as the model has also generated many other insights into insect-plant systems, concerning host repertoires of adults versus larvae (Nylin and Janz 1996), preference-performance correlations (Janz et al. 1994), female host search strategies, and neural constraint and plasticity (Carlsson et al. 2011; Schäpers et al. 2015; van Dijk et al. 2017; Gamberale-Stille et al. 2019) and genetics of host use within and among populations (Nygren et al. 2006). Other research areas that are making considerable use of P. c-album and close relatives as model species include effects of temperature and climate change (Braschler and Hill 2007; Hodgson et al. 2011; Audusseau et al. 2013) as well as seasonal plasticity, life history regulation, and seasonal polyphenism (Inoue et al. 2005; Hiroyoshi et al. 2018; Eriksson et al. 2020).

Genome validation and genetic diversity. (A) Ortholog homology ratio improved with the combination of RNA-Seq and protein data. There was greater homology between B. mori proteins and proteins predicted using both the RNA-Seq and protein trained annotation (blue) than using either RNA-Seq trained annotation (red) or protein-trained annotation (yellow) only. (B) Synteny between the M. cinxia genome (colored chromosomes) and the P. c-album genome (noncolored linkage groups).

Elm is the sole foodplant and this species suffered as a result of Dutch elm disease in the 1970s and early 1980s, especially in southern sites. All species of elm were affected and there was concern that this species of butterfly might become extinct in the British Isles as a result. Surviving colonies were subsequently looked for, to obtain a better understanding of the distribution of this species. Several new colonies were found which gave new hope for the future of this butterfly. In addition, there has been a concerted effort to find disease-resistant elms that exhibit the appropriate qualities to support this butterfly (such as flowering at the right time of year since young larvae generally rely on flower buds as a food source).

This butterfly forms discrete colonies which are sometimes very small containing only a few dozen individuals. Colonies are typically focused on a small clump of trees or even an individual tree. These butterflies are not great wanderers and will reuse the same site year after year. This butterfly is found throughout England, south of a line stretching between South Lancashire in the west and South Northumberland in the east. This species is found more locally in Wales, and is not found in Scotland, Ireland or the Isle of Man.

This butterfly is never found far from its larval foodplant of elm, Wych Elm being preferred. Flowering elms are usually essential for successful larval development and this therefore suggests a certain maturity of tree, although there is some evidence that this species has successfully used non-flowering elms on occasion. Favourite sites are elms on the edge of deciduous woodland, but this species can also be found in more open habitat such as roadside verges if suitable elms are present.

How long do you scrap? I scrap since 2005, I started during the pregnancy of my daughter Manon, thinking make her a little album relantant pregnancy, but I've so got a taste that I could not stop myself from scrap.

What do you like to do scrapbooking? I love making mini albums as we can put in a lot of pictures but I also love making pages, I started by making 30x30cm, then I changed to the 20x20cm (I always liked to put great photos, I had before a rather loaded style, the 20x20cm allowed me to put my 10x15cm photos) then I finally returned to 30x30cm, with photos of all sizes, and sometimes on the A4, US A4 often with a less loaded style.

You can scallop around the butterfly, careful not to damage it, I festooned with the puncher to the bottom of the butterfly but when it is over I reproduce the same swags, and I made the detour Crop-a-dile (Paper G).

Butterfly is Mariah Carey's sixth studio album which was released in the United States on September 16, 1997, through Columbia Records. It album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 after selling over 236,000 copies in the US.[1] The album marked a significant period in Carey's life, as it was her first release following her separation from Sony Music executive Tommy Mottola. Butterfly features contributions from renowned producers such as The Trackmasters, Puff Daddy, and Stevie J, and maintained the number one position for one week, remaining in the top twenty for 21 weeks. It was certified 5x Multi-Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on December 15, 1999.[2]

Critics accused Mariah of embracing a more urban direction with Butterfly, and the record label found it harder to market, perceiving it as a "hip hop record." Mariah responded to these accusations, stating, "I don't think it's in any way obvious which things on this album are influenced by R&B, because in the end, it's my voice on top of a track that has a harder edge or a hip-hop loop, something I've done even as far back as 'Dreamlover,' which was a loop of a song by Big Daddy Kane." She added that her collaboration with various producers was a continuation of the direction she had started with "Fantasy" and the "Always Be My Baby" remix. Despite the record label's concerns, Carey's artistic choices with Butterfly proved to be a successful evolution, as the album showcased her growth and ability to explore different musical styles.[1]

Mariah began working on the album in January 1997 finishing the recording process in August of the same year. The album's production occurred during Carey's separation with then husband Tommy Mottolla. As the album's release approached, Mariah Carey embarked on the round of pre-release promotions, brimming with excitement for what she considered to be a fresh start in her career. In an interview with Jet magazine, Carey expressed her enthusiasm for the album, stating, "This album is definitely something I've wanted to do for a long time. It's been a gradual process of my being able to say that this is what I'm going to do at this point. People owe it to you to let you express yourself."
