What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press ⌘⌃D while hovering the "Downloads" word just above (but you're
free to try in any other
text view ;-)). You should see the inline dictionary window pop up.
2. Now try scrolling the text in the inline view.
3. Afloat kicks in and make the window transparent, and scrolling in the
inline dictionary is
impossible (either two-finger scrolling or click-and-scroll).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to scroll the inline Dictionary just fine. Instead, Afloat
insists on changing the
opacity of the main window. Since shortcuts aren't customizable, the only
work-around is
disabling Afloat temporarily, or keep Dictionary.app open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Afloat 2.2, OS X 10.6.3

As a workaround, tap but do not hold down ctrl+cmd+d. This will make the
dictionary window appear without
having to hold down the keys. You can then scroll without triggering
Afloat's transparency mechanism.
