What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open application (safari)
2. set afloat settings (make it opaque while I'm working with it, set
transparency...)
3. close application (safari)
4. open application (safari) - afloat settings are lost
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the application, Safari in this case, would keep the afloat
settings after it is closed
but it doesn't. I would have to go back and set the afloat settings.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

also a global setting for all windows of that application would nice but
also keep the ability to
have different settings per window (like it is now).
