Im hoping someone else might be having this same problem because I've been dealing with it for weeks now and nothing has fixed it so far. When I log into Concur Invoice center, the Invoice Manager page never loads. I've tried switching browsers, clearing all cookies and cache, reinstalling my browser, and none of that has fixed the problem. I've worked with Concur Support - they simply keep saying that they cannot repeat the error on their end so they can't help me. I've tried working with my own IT and they said there's nothing wrong with my browsers or settings. I cannot see any of my invoices, unassigned invoices, etc without this page! It's seriously hindering my ability to do my job so I am hoping someone has an idea of how to help.

Is there another person at your company that is an Invoice Manager? If so, are they experiencing the same issue? This would help us to know if the issue is isolated to just you or if it is affecting others.

I like to be transparent, so if I cannot replicate the issue and if this isn't happening to someone else in your company, then the issue is something related to your broswer or something. If that is the case, Concur Support probably won't be able to help.

I am only a user and not an Admin for the company. I asked my admin and she said she would feel more comfortable that instead of giving out info I just gave you the case number so you could see what was already done and it would have the info you need. The case number is #15831603.

Can you please expand on "browser issue"? That's what I keep being told but I don't understand what that means. How is it a browser issue if I'm having the same error on all three browsers - Chrome, Firefox, and IE? And others can log in as me on the same browser and have no issues? And I've already reinstalled all of my browsers twice and that still didn't fix the issue?

Yes others have logged into my account on their computer and the Invoice Manager page loads for them. So that begs the question - what's wrong with my computer/browser settings? Especially since I've reinstalled my browser multiple times, including reinstalling Java and Flash, I have no idea at this point what I can update or change to make this work. I welcome any ideas from you - my IT and I are both very frustrated.

@ShannonB I wish I had a solution for you, but this is out of my area of expertise. This seems very strange since it works for everyone else. I've posted your question internally to see if anyone has come across this before. I'll see if anyone has or not and let you know.

@ShannonB I don't know if this will solve your issue, but we have a guide to help with broswer settings when working in SAP Concur. I would have your IT people use this guide to see if it will help with your issue.

The City of Page operates under the Council-Manager form of government. Under this system, the City Council hires a professional City Manager who is responsible for translating council policy into action, as well as the daily administration and management of all City departments. The strength of the council/manager form of government lies in the political leadership of the City Council combined with the managerial expertise of a City Manager.

According to the City of Page City Code, the City Manager of the City of Page is the administrative head of the government of the City of Page under the direction and control of the City Council. He is responsible for the administration of all affairs of the City. In addition to his general powers as administrative head and not as a limitation thereon, he also has the following powers:

1. Appoint and, when necessary for the good of the service, suspend or remove all officers and employees of the city not appointed by the council. He may authorize the head of a department or office to appoint, suspend or remove subordinates in such department or office.

5. Recommend to the governing body a standard schedule of pay for each appointive office and position in the city service, including minimum, intermediate, and maximum rates. Authorize the payment of overtime pay for such employees as may work in excess of a normal work period. Such rates of pay and periods of work shall be in conformity with wages and salaries enacted by the city council.

6. Recommend to the governing body from time to time adoption of such measures as he may deem necessary or expedient for the health, safety or welfare of the community or for the improvement of administrative services.

8. Attend all meetings of the council unless excused therefrom, and take part in the discussion of all matters coming before the council. He shall be entitled to notice of all regular and special meetings of the council.

10. In case of accident, disaster or other circumstances creating a public emergency, the manager may award contracts and make purchases for the purpose of meeting said emergency; but he shall file promptly with the council a certificate showing such emergency and the necessity for such action, together with an itemized account of all expenditures.

12. Investigate the affairs of the city or any department or division thereof. Investigate all complaints in relation to matters concerning the administration of the government of the city and in regard to service maintained by the public utilities in the city, and see that all franchises, permits and privileges granted by the city are faithfully observed.

According to City Code, the City Council cannot interfere with appointments or removals. With regard to officers and employees appointed by the Manager, neither the Council nor any of its members shall direct or request the appointment of any person to, or his removal or suspension from such office by the Manager or any of his subordinates, or in any manner take part in the appointment or removal of such officers and employees in the administrative services of the City. Except for the purpose of inquiry, the Council and its members shall deal with the administrative services solely through the Manager.

You cannot draw directly on pages in the [Page Manager] window. To edit a page, display the right-click menu on the thumbnail of the required page and select [Open Page], or double-click the thumbnail.

The work is done by inputting the lines(storyboards) in text from the beginning. There are advantages such as easier confirmation of the text size on the draft, and swapping/modifying using a text tool.

Hi, How can a make my Footer details appear at the bottom of every Invoice or Quote? At present I am having to use the notes tab to Include my Footer details which appear underneath the actual Invoice!

But the Notes field is meant for information you want to display below the invoice line items and totals. If your question is how to avoid retyping standard information, click on the blue Set default text next to the Notes field title. You can place anything you want here, including payment terms, business information, etc. If you specify default text, it will appear on every sales invoice, but can be changed or deleted on a case by case basis.

I wanted to have the same details as you on my invoices and printed documents. Another user on this forum mentioned a way which I now use and works well. (Although, it is not on the footer of the documents)

When entering company/business details in settings, I added my contact details under my address.

Hope this helps.

It is as Tut says: you have to develop a custom view template (in Manager > Settings > View Templates). I did it, with the help of someone with a very good understanding of HTML and CSS, and now have a Footer at the bottom of my invoices.

Hi ianclegg,

Sorry for not responding earlier; I was away for a couple of days.

If you still need a solution (like the 2 lines of instruction are really at the bottom of a page), you can also use the following.

Your Theme will now probably end with:

The custom field works well. I would not tinker at this stage with the themes. The advantage with the custom field is that you can either make the content kind of permanent using form defaults (can still change it per invoice) or use copy to or clone an invoice when repeated content or just enter on a case by case basis.

I have ArcGIS server 10.6 installed when trying to access the ArcGIS manager URL from any web browser the login page does not display properly as per the attached snapshot. trying to access using Https and HTTP connection in addition to server name and localhost.

this is a new installation, we are creating a load balancer, we installed the ArcGIS server on two machines (using the same media file), the login to the first server was done. but to the other was incomplete due to the listed issue.

Can you please elaborate? Are you using the ArcGIS Web Adaptor or a 3rd party load balancer? Is this meant to be a multi-machine deployment of ArcGIS Server? Are you using Portal for ArcGIS as part of a base deployment?

I am noticing that the URL that you are using to access ArcGIS Server Manager in the attached screenshot is " :6443/arcgis". To Michael's point above, the URL to access ArcGIS Server Manager would be " :6443/arcgis/manager". The "manager" portion of the URL is what specifies for the ArcGIS Server Manager web application to be opened in your browser.
