Gateways are used to receive long-range wireless sensor data and convert incoming data into Wi-Fi, which is directly connected to popular cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, Losant, and MQTT. Data arrives in your favorite cloud platform in real-world values with no data parsing required using full security encryption.
IoT Edge Computers are used to receive long-range wireless sensor data for localized processing using Node-RED. Received sensor data may be forwarded to popular cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Losant, and MQTT. The IoT Edge Computer supports LTE cellular, Wi-Fi and Ethernet communications and includes Node-RED pre-installed with flows pre-configured for NCD Sensors.
Direct to Cloud SensorsAWSAzureMQTTCommunicate sensor data directly to your favorite cloud platform using NCD Direct-to-Cloud sensors. Integrated web UI allows effortless setup for secure Wi-Fi and secure communications to AWS, Azure or MQTT.
ProXR Lite Controllers feature on-board relays and a powerful Relay Control Command set. ProXR Lite includes 8-channels of on-board analog to digital conversion. ADCs may be used to trigger relays or for sensor monitoring applications. ProXR Lite Controllers offer a modular communications platform for control over USB, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, Long-Range Wireless, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or from Key Fob remote control transmitters.
NCD ProXR Controllers feature up to 32 integrated relays and a Powerful ProXR Relay Control Command Set for controlling individual relays or entire groups of relays. Includes commands for Relay On, Off, Toggle, Pulse, and Time Duration Relay Activation. ProXR Controllers are available with SPDT, DPDT, High-Power or Solid-State relay options with a modular communications platform for control over USB, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, Long Range Wireless, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or from wireless Key Fob remote controls. Chain up to 256 relays using the XR Expansion Port and additional XR Relay Expansion Boards.
NCD Key Fob Controllers control on-board relays with a wireless remote control up to 700 feet away. Key Fob Series controllers include a ProXR Lite Controller and a Key Fob Receiver Module. The Key Fob Receiver Module is used to receive key fob remote control signals and convert to ProXR relay control commands. The key fob receiver can be configured to send any ProXR Lite command. Use a key fob to toggle the state of a relay, control a relay momentarily, or trigger a relay pulse. Send relay duration timer commands to activate relays for a duration of time. Point and click interface helps simplify relay control configuration. Pair up to 40 remote controls with a secure encrypted communication to the receiver. Each paired key fob will function as a identical remote.
Legacy Relay Controllers were designed as part of our original product offering. Because of their popularity, discontinuing these products is not really a good option for our customers. Older boards may be available as a green circuit board while the final version has been updated to a black circuit board and assembled on our high-speed pick and place equipment. The black versions will not be discontinued. Some products in this category are scheduled for an update to surface mount technology. When possible, we suggest the ProXR Lite series controllers. If upgrades are not an option, please contact us and we can discuss bringing some of these products back into production.
NCD Push Notification Controllers send data to a host PC or Network when a contact closure input is closed or opened. Data may be sent directly to a PC using Serial, USB or Bluetooth. Using the optional Ethernet or WiFi Communications Module, Data is transmitted over a network via TCP communications.
