Hi

I guess there might be some meaning behind the name of the file inside directory queue.

For example, id:001092,src:001021,op:arith8,pos:11,val:+9,+cov

I guess the number 001092 represents id. So what does 001021 mean, what does arith8, 11, +9 and +cov mean? Any references? Many Thanks

Regards
Muhui

"op:arith8" is the fuzzing operation used on that file mutation, in your case adding 8 i think. "pos:11" means the 11th character in the file changed from the "src" file, I forget what "val" means and "+cov" means that this file increases coverage over the "id:001021" file.

Not quite. "op:arith8" means the mutation was done in the stage of 8-bit
arithmetics.

>I forget what "val"

"val:+9" means that is was adding 9.
