Hi Michal!

Could you add an environment variable to disable the
/proc/sys/kernel/core_pattern check?

I'd like to run python-afl's testsuite on a machine that uses Apport,
and I don't have privileges to disable it. The slowness of the coredump
handler doesn't matter to me, as I don't expect any coredumps. :)

Uhhh, OK, I'm gonna add AFL_I_DONT_CARE_ABOUT_MISSING_CRASHES, don't
even wanna ask =)
