Affixa on 2003 server not working.

Hi, I have been getting a error on my server when attempting to Allow the service to access the google stuff. This is the message I get. Have you seen this before if so any fixes?

Hi Bret,

Can you confirm which version of the software you're using? (Desktop or Enterprise and version number)

Also, can you try accessing Gmail in Internet Explorer on the server? I'm wondering whether it's something to do with discontinued support for SSL3.

Finally, is the server up to date in terms of service packs and updates?

HI Chris, thanks for resonding.

Here is the version we are using, its been updated recently after the errors started to happen last week. Its desktop version.

I cannot access gmail using Explorer, its too old a version, but I use chrome as my browser.

There are a ton of updates available for this server.

First, can you check there’s nothing going on in terms of firewall / internet security issues? The following details what you need to be able to access:


If that doesn’t get you anywhere, can you try applying whatever Windows Updates are available? My hunch is that it’s something to do with SSL changes.
