Affixa error - Unable to download settings for your organisation

Hello,

I get this error after installed Affixa on a brand new Windows 7 Pro computer !

Affixa enterprise was unable to download settings for your organisation... Bla bla bla

Any idea ?

Hi Stéphane,

The most likely reasons for this message are that either:

a) The installer was renamed since it was downloaded from apps.affixa.com . The installer must not be renamed or it won't be able to pick up your organisation settings.

b) There's some kind of internet access issue accessing https://apps.affixa.com/ (internet filtering, firewall, etc)

If neither of those seem to be the cause, get back to me and we can walk through some next steps.
