Affixa constant crush

Hey there
Yesterday I installed the free version of affixa. and since i
installed it i cant work with it.
It is constantly crushed when i am trying to send an email.
I sent the crush reports.
I tried to reinstall and restart the system but with no luck.

Please let me know if you need any further information in order to fix
this issue.
