Yahoo! Mail - No Longer Supported :-(

Folks,

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it would appear that Yahoo! have discontinued their Mail API. This is the thing that Affixa uses to create drafts or send emails. Without it, there's nothing we can do...

It appears that a new API is forthcoming in "early 2015", but that it's not yet available. Until it does become available, it basically means that we're unable to support Yahoo! Mail accounts any more.

We've been in touch with Yahoo! to investigate this further and we'll update everyone if and when things change.

In the meantime, we'll remove any marketing pertaining to Yahoo! Mail from our web site over the next 24 hours. If you've purchased a subscription from us and no longer require it, upon request we will credit you for the remaining days of your subscription (post 16 February 2015) and will arrange providing a refund to you. We're really very sorry about this. We find it sad since the Affixa adventure actually started with Yahoo! Mail back in 2009 and it was only later that we started supporting other webmail systems. We hope to bring it back as soon as we can once Yahoo! releases their new API.
