Licensing --------------------------- No such subscription exists

When sending email i get this window pop up saying " Licensing---------------------------No such subscription exists.

Please help

Can you check the version number of Affixa that you’re running, please? Our latest version is available here:

https://www.affixa.com/desktop/download/

We did see an issue like this in the recent past which we hoped we’d fixed in our latest release.
