Errors 500 & 503 (GMail)

Hi there,

I'm using affixa to mail invoices to clients from the invoicing app which uses MAPI.

Problems appear when I want to send a lot of mails (more than a dozen or so). 

A lot of windows of Affixa appear (one for each message) and then most of them start to fail with error 500 or 503 (some of each).

How can I avoid that? I read somewhere about "IMAP mode" but it does not seem t oexist anymore. 

I just updated Affixa without improvements.

Hi Marc,

This is a limitation of the Google API and we're currently in the middle of writing a capability to better manage this limitation on the Affixa side of the fence (we're basically writing a queuing system).

This will debut in Affixa Enterprise in the next couple of months.

IMAP is no longer used by Affixa and isn't an option any more.

The couple of months went by.. I'd really need this feature as I find the 503 error every now and then.

When do you plan to release this?

Anyway to get hold of a beta release? would make my life a lot better!

Hi Marc,

It's available now for Affixa Enterprise. If you're using the Enterprise version you can download it from within the portal:

https://apps.affixa.com/

It's not yet available for Desktop, I'm afraid, and I have no ETA I can share at this time.
