Cannot link this great program to outlook.com

I have tried to link it - set it up to link it. I have a hotmail, or rather a live.com.au email address - is this the problem?

I tried pasting in the web address which seemed to work, however when I input my user name and password - there was an error and it would not come up.

Currently I have all my gmails and ymails being diverted to my outlook.com.au address which is more convenient.

Any ideas please?

Hi there,

I’m afraid Outlook.com isn’t supported by Affixa - it only supports Office 365 and Outlook Web App, which are different products. Microsoft’s naming of Outlook.com only creates confusion, unfortunately.
