Job Title: We need 1 Business analyst and 1 Lead Business analyst
Location: Shrewsbury, Massachusetts
Rate: 40 hourly
Project Duration: 3-6 months

Summary
This position will be responsible for managing the collection, development, analysis, documentation and communication of the company's Personal and Commercial Lines insurance needs and requirements. The ideal candidate will successfully perform this function by having a working understanding of information systems, business operations, and processes to effectively analyze customer requirements, develop functional specifications, business process workflows, detailed specs, and test plans.
Responsibilities
Lead technical and business processes across Personal or Commercial Lines of business.
Understand the relationship between business need, functional requirements, data and integrated technology solutions.
Applies project management and technical best practices in all technology solutions.
May provide technical coaching and mentoring to less experience team members.
Innovative in solving problems and identifying, proposing and executing solutions.
Strong partnership building, negotiating and troubleshooting skills required.
Proven ability to interface successfully with multiple customers and all levels within the organization.
In depth understanding of business analysis techniques, with strong analytical thinking ability.
MS Office Suite, GroupWise, Business Process Modeling tools
Bachelors Degree Required, 3 - 5 Years of Experience
Personal Lines Property and Casualty experience required
